One of the UK’s largest glass processing companies has taken delivery of a custom built Giardina Group glass rollercoating finishing line.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The line, with a fantastic working width of  anywhere between 700mm and 2200mm, is designed for a full colour range of ceramic coatings.

 

The line consists of end AND side infeed roller conveyor, with pop up rollers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Roller coating machine G02, mounted on floor rails and wheels for easy removal out of the line. It also has rollers top and bottom (not belts) to ensure perfect application thickness of coatings. There is also the self cleaning washing equipment for quick colour changing.

Drying and cooling sections with electric IR, recirculated air and venting water vapour to atmosphere.
