Schuberts have been installing complete specialised coating, sanding and handling systems for the wood, metal, GRP, plastics and glass coating industry for over 40 years in more than 50 countries. Known throughout the world for their high quality, high precision finishing machinery.
The Giardina Finishing equipment can be as simple as a single, stand-alone machine or a full turn-key sanding and coating line. Production speeds on Mauri lineal profile lines from 10m/min to 120m/min and on wide panel Giardina automatic spray lines from 1m/min to 10m/min.
These coating lines can run with water based, solvent based, PU, polyesters and UV coatings.
Certain automatic handling systems such as profile or panel stacking machines into trolleys or racks are also available. Many smaller spray machine installations are installed in tandem with our own paint drying and curing technologies.
With the automatic machinery you can achieve high quality at the same time as reducing costs and production times.
