The Sand-Perfect 100
The Sand-Perfect 100 is designed for sanding of all kinds of edges and items with complex contours. The table makes it easy to handle the workpieces and any unnecessary lifting of the items is avoided.
The Sand-Perfect 100 can be delivered with height adjustable core which ensures an optimal usage of the sanding brushes, and furthermore, you are able to have cores with different diameters for sanding of different profiles.
The Sand-Perfect 100 is equipped with a tilt-shaft so that it can work with both a Flex Trim disc, and a traditional drum from Flex Trim.
The Sand-Perfect 100 is easy and simple to operate via a control panel at the front of the machine. The Sand-Perfect 100 has height adjustable rubber feet which eliminate all vibrations.
The Sand-Perfect 100-100
The Sand-Perfect 100-100 is a very flexible machine designed for sanding of all kinds of edges and items with complex contours. The machine is mounted with 2 individually working shafts. This means that it can either be operated by 2 persons at the same time, or be used with different sanding solutions. The shafts can rotate in whatever direction you wish.

FlexSander 60
FlexSander 60 is an industrial brush sanding machine developed by Flex Trim and is an powerful alternative to existing hand sanders.
It is useful for sanding of both flat items and items with profiles and edges of 5-10 mm radius.
The speed is fixed at ~600 RPM, which is optimal for sanding with Flex Trim sanding brushes both for getting optimal sanding results and long lifetime of the brushes.
The machine is mounted with a dust hood that can be attached to any kind of vacuum system.
FlexSander 60 is very easy to use and is without vibrations, which means that the operator will get no problems with aching arms, shoulders and wrists.
FlexSander 60 can be mounted with different types of sanding heads:
Disc heads: Ø125 and Ø180
Traditional head: Ø100 – length 100mm.
MiniFlex Sander
The MiniFlex Sander is a strong electricity powered handtool. It is developed as an alternative to other industrial hand sanders and is used for sanding of flat items and items with profiles and edges.

The MiniFlex Sander can be mounted with different types of sanding heads.
Stack Sander
The stack sander is a quick and efficient solution for sanding of large surfaces. It is also useable for big vertical surfaces without big profiles.
To ensure the best ergonomic solution the weight of the machine has been reduced to only 14 kg, and being hung up in a weight controlled hoist, a minimal load of the operator is ensured.
