The Schubert Kit Cat®™ System

Kit Cat system provides a range of long wave IR emitters for rapid drying and curing of liquid finishes in a kit form, which allows easy and inexpensive retro-fitting to existing finishing shops, tunnels and general manufacturing areas.

  • Easy and quick to install

  • Converts a spray shop into dual-zone purposes – application and drying

  • Converts electric/flamed gas/steam drying tunnels to a faster, cleaner, more efficient form of long wave IR drying – horizontal and vertical systems.

  • Reduces VOC’s through active catalytic filter material – ‘Catalytic Candyfloss™’

  • When installed in spray shops (ATEX certified units only), can be wall-mounted, needing no extra floor space or floor mounted on stands where space permits.

  • Can be controlled within hazardous location (EXP system only) or remotely (outside hazardous location).

  • Can be adjustable in angle, height and output.

Nb. We use a range of catalytic emitters that carry full CE and ATEX certification for use in hazardous locations.
